#Players stuck on “Getting Server Info” (can’t join server)

Hi, we are having a serious issue after updating to B42.16.

Most players get stuck on “Getting Server Info” indefinitely. A few can join, but most cannot.

Happens even on vanilla (no mods)
Not a connection or configuration issue
Tested with and without login queue
Gets worse when many players try to join at the same time

The server was working fine before the update.

This started after a restart + update to B42.16.

Is this a known issue or is there any fix?

There was a hotfix, update server.

If it's a b42 16.1 server, it's already up to date. Since it was the server's early stages, there were many people trying to log in.
