does anyone know why I keep getting stuck at Joining Game when I try to join our dedicated server? I already tried verifying, deleteing all mods, restarting steam, and restarting router.

I joined one server and at first it worked and the second time I tried joining it's not working anymore

If you cannot join other servers, it would just mean there is a network issue

yes I even tried changing my DNS to 1.1.1.1

I even did a speedtest and it says that my mbps is at almost 300

Try going to the Steam Settings > Downloads > Change Download region
