Fill doesn't exist on server (lua) persistent after removing and validating files

As title says, I already tried resubscribing to all mods, clearing local files of them and reinstalling the game ontop of deleting the lua and validating files

Can you join any other servers? Can anyone else join this server?

The general fix is also not to resubscribe to all mods, but simply to unsubscribe from them
