Sorry to waste your time. I found it. I had to reload the mod hide debug info to reenable it. I'm getting the RMC debug menu now.

The debug mod reenables it when it's loaded in the game and you press f10. In case you run into this again.

Well crap, nvrmind. I reloaded into a new save and it's gone again. I'm gonna try asking the mod author, but hoping you might have some insight.

Unfortunately, I can only mainly help with vanilla issues, not issues caused by mods
