It happens on every single b42 multiplayer server that I have tried whenever trying to perform any action. Had to revert to B41 just to play multiplayer because of it.

Got rid of all mods, and verified integrity of files. The problem is still happening. Ping also is not an issue max hitting 50-70 ping on the servers i tried.
literally just erased any existence of zomboid on my pc and reinstalling to see if that works

you should be able to check your logs after it happens and see if something is preventing the action from completing...
if the problem is persistent and repeatable consider posting a bug report on the forums...

Can you share your logs.zip file found in %UserProfile%\Zomboid?

Seems completely deleting the existence of all files of pz on my computer and reinstalling fixed it somehow. So IDK what it was. Verifying did not fix it, but completely redoing the installation and deleting all files for pz fixed something.
