Dedicated B42 Server

We have a dedicated multiplayer for b42 unstable. Due to the new update we updated the server but seems to be problems. Do we need to do a full reset of the server?

old saves arent compatible

so just nuke the old servertest folder completely, correct?

or just move/delete the save out of the saves folder

hmm just deleted the save, still having errors, setting files need to be nuked too?

could be the issue... tbh i havent updated yet so idk for sure...

i think i managed without it, starting dedicated gives errors, but it seems to reinitialize when steam self hosting

when you launch the server the console logs will say what build its on...
check that first when you decide to troubleshoot the dedicated server

Unable to get a dedicated server online

Its running on the server computer but cannot connect. It says "server failed to respond"

Make a new thread, provide logs and how you installed the server and how you are connecting to it exactly, including the IP
