Unsubsribed from all mods. Tried a clean reinstall including deleting user/Zomboid
First issue: The main menu doesn't load and shows an empty screen. This was fixed for just 1 time when I deleted user/Zomboid. I later found out I can get the main menu to load by making sure my Zomboid/Saves file was completely empty, but it goes back to not working after I have a tutorial/cdda save
Second issue: Loading into a game mode that has map selection gives me the same empty screen. I was only able to play the CDDA challenge and tutorial, but once I exit from them it's back to issue 1 since there's now a file in Saves

Log shows possible install issues, so you need to do a full reinstall rather than a normal one.
Uninstall the game, then go to "Steam\steamapps\common\ProjectZomboid" and make sure there are no leftover files or folders there.
Then just install the game again and see if that helps.
