My friend is trying to join my server but he has like 100 old mods that are trying to install for him to join ? (I only have 9 mods on the server) they wont all install for him so he can't join? He unsubed from them all in the workshop and they dont appear in the "mods" section but when he trys to join the server they all appear again for him to install in order to join? How do we fix this.

I definitely dont have them on the server its brand new and I had to manually add the ones I do have from my phone.
Only mods that are on it. Yet he gets a list of 100. Even when I unsub these are the only mods it asks me to install when I join. But it asked him to install ones from like 2023

Can you share a screenshot of your friend joining the server, so the IP is visible there and the error he gets?
And can you share the server-console.txt file from the User/Zomboid folder on the server

Yeah a lot of these weird issues can just have simple fun mistakes like this, which is why I really have to ask every log and recordings and doing everything step by step
