My friend has issues joining my server, supposedly he doesnt have any mods installed, but according to steam storage settings he has around 9GB of mods but the 108600 folder in steam workshop files is completely absent, where are the workshop files then?

it doesnt have anywhere else to be, we checked, theres even other games workshop folders
