i have a problem with multiplayer that whenever i want to lunch/join server (on b42) i get error related to animals (info in consol)

Try doing a full reinstall.
First, uninstall the game, then go to "Steam\steamapps\common\ProjectZomboid" and make sure there are no leftover files or folders there.
After that, go to “%UserProfile%\Zomboid” and delete everything there except the “Saves” folder.
Then just install the game again and see if that helps.

This doesnt seem like an animal bug
Try going to your Steam Library > Right click Project Zomboid > Properties > Set Launch Options > Type -novoip > Start the game
If that does not help, can you try typing -nosound instead? This is to check if it is a sound related issue.

No, but you can try fixing your mic if that is something you want to check
Make sure your mic has its sampling rate set to 44 100hz or 48 000hz
