its not a bug or a settings issue, its just the way the map looks (because its supposed to be like you're making the map)

the second one is from B42 maps right? its the external thing
when you press M in game to see the map you see the green and orange shapes you showed

there are some survivor maps and brochures and stuff you can loo kat and have the game copy them to your map
but you have to find those items inside the game
