#I can't do plumbing because house not enclosed. Suggestions?

Howdy, i have these 3 rain collectors on top of the house with +1 tile away from the sinks. In IsoRegions, the game think the extension i made to the existing house it's not enclosed so i can't do the plumbing. what should i do in this situation? i don't want to cheat or force the game to do something.

You should enclose it

To enclose it, surround it by player built walls and a roof

You can see that its not full enclosed in the first image

You have to enclose it fully by player built walls, not just a part of it
