A group of us would like to have a B41 multiplayer server but we would all start in different towns and have our own bases etc, whilst coming together for group quests every so often (like a Minecraft server).
We would all have different amounts of time to play, so some would play a lot more than others.
Obviously time passes when one player is online, but how does this affect player bases in unloaded chunks? For example, one player in Louisville plays a ton but the player in Rosewood hasn't been on for 2 weeks. The Louisville player never goes near Rosey so those chunks shouldn't be loaded during that time. I appreciate that settings like the water and power going off would affect the whole map, but what happens to things like food and crop spoilage etc for the Rosey player in this time period please?
