Ammo didnt convert with mod

so i added real firearms 2 hours in since i forgot to add it then days later i found a truck with a bunch of ammo. none of the ammo was converted but had modded ammo in it so 12 gauge,9mm (vanilla ammo) was not converted yet there was modded ammo in it. Any fixes?

You can see in the image that there is 2 ammo types for 556,one real firearms and one vanilla.

it might be due to the vehicles not being compatible with real firearms as i am looting more police vehicle and it gives me guns and ammo which is not converted but the police station had fully converted stuff
