Hi, sorry to be a bother, i'm new to managing a dedicated server and devs just published an update today, i can't manage to update the server, would someone be kind enough to guide me to the required steps? I'm completly lost

Wondering the same, my client has updated to 41.78.18 but no patch seems available to my dedicated server.

Did you ignore checksum? After reattempting an update for the third time my server finally updated.

steamcmd.exe +force_install_dir C:\whatever +login anonymous +app_update 380870 validate

it took a few attempts, mightve just been steamcmd jank

I have a jank ass vibecode script that rebuilds my server and updates all the mods, ymmv on steps needed but above will overwrite and update server. server data lives in user directory so world info is retained

would it be possible to have an eye on the script so i can guess what's the procedure to have a constant clean and somewhat secure server ?
