(FIXED) Unusually slow Download and update speed

Hello, for some reason my game downloads and updates very slow, im trying to change to build 42 but its downloading and installing very slowly compared to any other game I try to download or update, any Ideas to what this may be? Game still functions properly but its annoying to deal with

My download is rate limited to 4 MB/s, it was fine for a little but it being fast is very on and off, its jittery or something, im sure its not a network issue

could be that its not seeded to a server in your region due to how new it is

This is a Steam issue and not really a game issue, we cannot affect the download speed of your provider or Steam in any way

Best I can suggest is trying to switch download servers
