Can someone please walk me through (talk to me like I'm 5) the steps to update my dedicated server to 41.78.17 following today's security update?

I have tried that, and it goes through and says "App 380870 successfully installed" or whatever it is, but when starting the server, it still shows the version as 41.78.16

If you didn't manually set the install folder, then yes it's in steamcmd
So just delete the steam apps folder
