Things like hitting zombies, drinking, eating, doesn't have any sound, but theres still ambience and i can still hear stuff like zombies etc.

yes everything is on, and everything works as it should outside of pz. menu and everything emitts sound.

Are you perhaps using debug mode or are an admin?
