Prefacing this with the note that I am unable to make a post on the TIS Forums:
When in admin mode, I cannot release player safehouses without transferring ownership of the safehouse to myself (admin) and then releasing the safehouse.
This has been an issue in a few regards when players have claimed lootable structures that are coded as residential, but are in fact not residential.
