Its good for short bursts of combat, but w out of shape, youll have to pace yourself to like 20 zs at a time, so thats fine.
Sunday driver is the worst trait in the game and not only will suck out a lot of fun from your playthru but also likely get you killed.
The rest is pretty meta, i dont like sleepyhead because it increases your downtime and being tired is a HUGE debuff to your combat and can easily get you killed.

Another thing is you should def take cat eyes over eagle eyed, seeing in darkness is WAY more useful than the small range increase you get from eagle eyed
And last thing is food is pretty abundant in this game, id suggest taking fit over light eater, as it'll balance the out of shape negative trait
