Hey everyone,I’m Yumi,29 full-time insurance broker, mom to a one-year-old, and a huge Project Zomboid fan looking to get back into the game.
Life’s been busy since my daughter was born, and finding people to play with has been tough. I’m hoping to change that! My available playtime is usually 3–4 hours in the evenings (after kiddo’s asleep) on weekdays, and more flexible on weekends. I’m in Los Angeles, California (PST).
I play on Build 41,Build 42 multiplayer is a mess right now.So i'm letting that simmer. Depending on how many people are interested, I’m totally willing to buy and host a dedicated server so it’s up 24/7 even when I’m offline.
My Playstyle:
I like making my character extremely overpowered—think 400+ trait points—but I balance it out with constant sprinters, huge hordes, and high respawn rates (every 12 hours), plus horde night events. It keeps things intense and fun! If you’re into challenging, fast-paced survival with a power fantasy twist, you’ll fit right in.
Mods I’ve Made:
I’m a modder myself! Here’s what I’ve created so far (all for Build 41):
Superior Stews 2.0 – Lets you cook stews in much larger batches.
Questionable Companions – A less glitchy, more stable take on superb survival of ( note, I said LESS glitchy, not glitchless.)
Expanded Hunting – Adds bears, cows, deer, beavers, kangaroos, llamas, ostriches, pigs, sheep, and turkeys to the foraging/hunting system. Yes, it’s a weird mix.
Egg Foraging – Forage for all kinds of eggs, including a rare golden egg.
Fish Everywhere – Drastically reduces the “fish depletion” timer so bodies of water stay stocked way longer.
Fishing Expansion – Adds 78 new fish varieties, including gold and rainbow types. Because why not?
Backpack Cooler (Build 41 Port) – Port of the Build 42 mod that lets you turn backpacks into portable coolers.
I haven’t published any of these on Steam yet,consider this a soft launch.I’d love to playtest them in multiplayer.
