Since I started a new run with the 42.15.* server, I've seen significant performance degradation: constant player-server desyncs, vehicles found underground, and users often have to log out and log back in, but on the next attempt, the server fails to connect, or it doesn't sync properly with the DB.
TimedAction functions often fail, causing crashes where they can't even pick up or move items between inventories.
I'm using a server with an AMD Ryzen 5 7600x 6-Core
64GB DDR5 5200 MT/s RAM
and an NVMe drive.
So, I'm ruling out a performance issue with the dedicated server.
