#file doesnt exist on client

vanilla or modded server?
version?
dedicated or hosted?
Delete the folder containing the file on your PC, preferably the whole "generated" folder, then verify your game files
If that doesnt help, wipe all the server installation files and install it again
Modded hosted through Host Havoc. i have already tried validating server files and deleted every folder in my zomboid folder
i will try again shortly tho
no difference
could a mod be causing this?
IT DOES EXIST THO?!??!
and its the exact same file as the server file
wait what the fuck? theres no generated folder
could that be whats messing up?
moved the original folders to a new folder i named generated
didnt work
if anyone could help itd be appreciated
it keep bringing up this generated folder
when i try to do what i did above

Other people cant join so it is serverside
the server host/hosting service should have a way to fully delete and reinstall the server on their end...
not familiar with Havoc servers tbh but the option should be there.
what is inside the 223621 folder server side ? this number is sus
Sorry for the noise, it may be a false track. I do not know enough of server stuff.
i can prolly turn off doluachecksum
but that kinda scares me because it can cause instability
i validated server files and such and now im waiting for it to reinstall all workshop content
if that works and you trust the people joining your server there's no real issue leaving that setting off
its just me and 2 buds atm so i trust them
i dont think it will cause any like "MAJOR" problems right?
all that setting really does is prevent people from joining who have different mods... cheat mods for example or manually edited things... but if you all are just using the same mods then there should be no issues
ive also heard many reports since the mp update that that setting is broken anyway
