HI just to go in to a bit more detail - since last patch we did a server wipe and started fresh, some of the server setting do not seem to be working - day cycle time, zombie pop ect. Do you have nay info on why this is happerning ?

How is the server hosted exactly? And are only those settings affected?

Additionally, do you have any mods enabled?
