I have high population, 1% sprinters, cleared out like all of SE West Point with over 2k kills and didnt encounter a single sprinting zombie

turned it up to 50% sprinters on a new world and still no sprinters. seems to be broken for sure

its a thing with desync

the devs decided that it was so bad they had to disable sprinters

they work fine with mods to enable them, use PhunSprinters
