Whenever any of my friends join the game, the servers freezes and this message appears, leaving me no choice but to leave and so the world resets as there’s no backup saves set up, is there any way to fix this problem?

I'm guessing you're hosting thru the in game menu...
Do you have any mods running?
Could be a number of things...
If you show your most recent log I might be able to tell you what's happening.
And btw, you can set your server to save every x-minutes in the server options. Could prevent some progress loss...

yeah through the menu, i unsubscribed from every mod and cleared my content folder from them completely so, no mods
