We actually are planned for PvP element for another server, which will include lore and rp element in it as well. But for the current server we are playing, we are sticking with pve.
As for the settings, they are rare to insane rare for certain loots.
Zed setting wise, it's default.

That's true, we probably make up those things with the achievement reward and supply drop. So shouldn't be too hard as I had experienced myself.
