#B42.15.2 Multiplayer Issues

Hello, me and my friends decided to play B42 with the release of the latest unstable, however we have encountered many glitches and I want to know if they are normal/how I can fix them. The main glitch is randomly, altho seemingly more often during combat, every clothing item and equipped item becomes unequiped and into the inventory. This ramps weight up to 40+ and really screws us over. The other minor glitches are desync, game runs well on their clients (except for mine), except for server players which jump around a lot, appear frozen, get visually bitten despite no wound on their client. Zombies on my client, idk about theres, teleport around a lot, and on all our clients they vanish randomly.

Appreciate any help, tried to be as detailed as I can here, lmk if im missing anything important :)

  • I am hosting, with 10 gigs of ram out of 48 total
  • Zero mods, none subscribed to and none in the mods screen in the menu
  • Verified integrity on steam

The clothing losing issue is currently being investigated as a bug. The desync is usually just a networ issue, meaning there is not much I can suggest there. The main fix is to make sure the 16261 and 16262 ports are opened. Do the other players get any Port 16262 closed errors upon joining?

fair enough, would that error initially show up on that red box at the bottom right corner of the screen? or do they need to open the error logs to look for it

I am 100% sure its melee related

because for the first 3.95 hours I was exlusively using guns after hitting the jackpot

Usually players have to be the ones to report it, since I did not reproduce the issue.
