im late but i also heard it could be fake infection? eat some food to regain health, stay away from corpses.

a scratch is 5% infection, laceration is 25%, a bite is lethal

considering you werent wounded, have you been carrying any heavy objects/falling from stairs?

what is your character wearing anyway? insulation could be a factor for the hot moodle

i wasn’t aware they got rid of it, i thought the mechanic stayed but the trait was removed
