can't report bug on the indiestone site so im doing it here

i just tried to make an account to report a bug, but it is not working as this is what it says everytime with no security checkj being able to be made

I was fighting some zombies, then randomly for no reason all my clothes, my gear, my backpack just unequips into my inventory, all at once, the steps were we just created a new world as the old one became laggy, we thought hey since they say to make a new world every patch we should try that so we did, less than 5 minutes into playing im killing zombies and my entire equipped clothing just unequips, including my backpack, idk why it happened but its just create server, play normally, it all got unequipped, and i tried to make an account to report it on the website but i cannot click on a security check or anything
