Black Screen error but game is open when I alternavite launch please help me guys...

Alright let's start with the basics.

Q: what are your spects?
Q: have you tried to troubleshoot the issue?
Q: are you using the beta branch?
Q: do you have any items from the workshop?

I want you to try these:

  1. Steam right click pz > properties local Files > Verify integrity of game files.

  2. Update your drivers

  3. try rebooting your device. If you're on windows hold shift before shutting down

I try to delete game 3 times and reinstall but still now working... I update my all drivers but still not work.

how can alternative launh work but other way didn't work I don't understand?

There is no functional difference between the standard launch and the alternate launch

If the alternate launch works, you can continue using it without any problems, its there for these cases
