if you have Common Sense downloaded, try deleting it. It doesn't work anymore with 42.14+

Likely an install issue, try doing a full reinstall.
First, uninstall the game, then go to "Steam\steamapps\common\ProjectZomboid" and make sure there are no leftover files or folders there.
After that, go to “%UserProfile%\Zomboid” and delete everything there except the “Saves” folder.
Then just install the game again and see if that helps.

I did a full reinstall before I started playing 41.15 this issue has happened before but the problem disappeared after the next update. I'll just hope it happens the same way again.

Just deleted everything related to PZ on my pc, reinstalled it, verified files, and the context menu is still broken.

I reverted to 42.14.1 and it works fine, which means 42.15 is just broken for me no matter what.

The zombie folder had some issues with .15, remove the zombie folder from the game files, unsubscribe and resubscribe to the mod and put the new zombie folder in, that fixes the water and a ragdoll bug that you probably haven't noticed yet
It's currently fixed, but you need the updated version of the zombie folder
Because it's in the game files, having the mod turned off doesn't fix it on it's own, after you get the new zombie folder the game will work fine with the mod turned off or on
