Hello, hosted PZ servers before dedicated using LinuxGSM however this time I cannot join the server. Think I've narrowed it down to a possible Steam issue however I have forwarded all ports I can find for Steam and still the error persists. Error shown below.
I have an ssh service on a different port which has the same firewall config and it works so no idea why PZ isn't working.
Ports forwarded:
16261/tcpudp
16262/tcpudp
3478/udp
4379/udp
4380/udp
27014:27030/udp
PZ also can see the server

How did you narrow it down to a Steam issue exactly? Did you host servers on this specific system before or is it a different system and setup?

Can't really think of what else it can be, I setup a minecraft server to check my port forwarding and network settings were good and it works. The host is a Hetzner machine running Proxmox which directs traffic to a pfsense VM where I'm forwarding the 16261 & 16262 over tcp & udp.
Error seems to indicate an issue with steam communicating with the server and on installing the pzserver originally it did hang on the SteamCMD install but after a restart it worked
