#Can't play 42.13.2, automatically goes to 42.14.1 (Steam)

I've had a save for a while now on 42.13.2 and took a break for a bit. I opened the game and saw that on the bottom right it said 42.14.1 even though the game's version was selected as "outdatedunstable" as that is the 42.13.2 version. I've disabled all mods, tried other versions as well but none is 42.13.2. I've also had a clean reinstall of the game but can't seem to find 42.13.2.
