torpid maple
So this is an ongoing issue from build 41mp and now on b42 so it makes me think that it's a problem with my computer (though this only happens in PZ). If I set voip to auto detect my microphone it activates whenever someone speaks over voip, not just me, and it picks those voices up, like my microphone is set to loopback.
I'm using a headset, but I actually have tested with a separate microphone + headphones and so there is no way that the microphone is picking up the audio from speakers or something.
It possibly happens when I'm using push to talk, but the issue isn't as bad then.
Also, no matter what I do my microphone input with voip is very low. I'm absolutely baffled.
