#Looking to add a few players to our small group

My friends and I (total of 6 of us) are looking to add a few more players to our private multiplayer server. We are all guys in our early and mid 40s. We all have a ton of experience in the game, with our lowest player at around 300 hours played and our most at around 3000. This does not mean you need to be a grizzled veteran to play with us. We are happy to play with people of all different experience levels as long as they vibe with us. Weekly play time does not need to be huge, as long as there is some consistency there. We have one guy who basically only shows up every Friday night, plays like a madman for four hours, and then disappears for a week. We do have a couple guys who play quite a lot.

Respawn will be turned off, with population set to a very high number, 9x to 12x, depending on total players. Basically every category of resource in the game will be set to extremely rare. The early game is typically brutal. Expect cars to be in horrendous shape, missing many parts. We start with a lot of skill points to help counter this increase in difficulty. With zombie populations set to these numbers, you are going to need a semi decent rig to not lag. We have one guy running a 2080 with 32 GB RAM and he has no issues. He previously had a 1080 and lagged quite a lot.

We run the game as a persistent world. We will be using the Skill Recovery Journal. Every time we go fresh, we expect, barring unforeseen circumstances, for the world to last 5+ years. Corpse recovery is a thing.

We like to play the game in a commune style, where everyone is shacked up in one giant base. They have the opportunity to get into trouble solo, in duos, or in a big group, but eventually make their way back home with their loot - unless things end poorly for them.
