Hi, I updated my project zomboid to the latest version of the game, and due to mod issues I had to reinstall it all.
I'd like to go back to B42.13.1 but it doesn't appear anymore and I don't know what to do. I tried reinstalling it all again, i've looked online but i'm genuinely lost
(my screen is in french dont mind it) but there's just 3 beta versions and not all of the prior versions
would love a bit of help

There was a security patch released, older legacy branches were hidden for now and will get the security patch later
Version 42.13.1 will stay removed, because that version was planned to be removed anyway, we only keep 1 fallback version behind the latest Unstable
If unstable updates, the fallback version updates

I have a server in this version aswell, if I update it to the newer version, will I lose everything in it ?

They will be forced to update it, this is how it always worked with the Unstable beta
If you decide to play on any of the unstable betas, you will be forced to update eventually to the latest version
The beta is there for testing
