Server Hosting with only half the files

one of my friends shared the self hosted (trough the ingame host thing) files, but forgot to share the ones in /server, and only gave us the ones in /multiplayer, is there a way to stitch together the /server files and the /multiplayer ones to have it run?

Sort of, you can create a new settings name that is exactly the same as the server name in the Multiplayer folder

So these new settings load that same save

After that, you would have to set up the same or at least similar server settings in that config
