no mods enabled, after 15-30 second of starting zomboid, the game doesn't respond and crash to desktop randomly but if it doesn't crash then I can play for a long time

Double check manually for that file, but if it definitely does not exist, can you check the Windows Reliability monitor for any ProjectZomboid application crashes there? If you do find any, can you share a screenshot of the Technical Details section so I can check the errors that show up there?
