Trying to host A PZ Co Op server for me and a few friends. I have added a few mods that do appear to be compatible with B42.13 and above (Tried B42.13 and all other versions above) and nothing is working
My steps in order
Host button
Manage settings button
Create new settings button
Entered name for settings
Entered mods used by this server
Next

Back to create new settings button

If you have issues with mods, try disabling them one by one or in batches to figure out which specific mod is causing the problems.
Do it on a new save to to prevent any issues on your current playthrough as removing mods can cause items to be permanently deleted.
After you find out which mod is problematic, consider reporting the problem to the mod creator on their workshop page.

even without any mods it still gives me this same bullshit
but today when i opened up steam i saw that zomboid was updating something even though i already updated it yesterday when i was trying to setup a new mp save with friends?
