#Incorrect ProceduralDistributions for ClothingStorageAllJackets

As the title say the last line in the items section for ClothingStorageAllJackets ends with two numbers:
"Jacket_WhiteTINT", 10,7
probably the 7 was added by mistake. Not sure if this is causing any kind of issue right now, but it's better to fix it before it does 🙂
