Do I need to start new save if I want to update from 42.13 to 42.14? And if I dont, what might happend?

I tried to update my multiplayer server to 42.14 and I had a lot of mods, it didn’t work. I had to use the unstable version

Generally you do not, but there might be extra issues that the update might cause

So you can try not starting it, and it might work perfectly fine, its just not recommended

You can by switching to the "outdatedunstable" beta version

But you will be forced to update it later anyway

Hm... So anyway new save for builds 42 or build 41 if I want more stable gameplay?

If you want long playthroughs with minimal issues, definitely B41

#

If you want to test new features, but run into new bugs and get save issues, then B42
