#Desync as host

I'm hosting a game locally through "host server" on the main menu of the game. There is just one other player on the server and he is not having any noteable issues with desync. I however, hosting the server, am having some serious issues with desync especially noteable when fighting zombies. Any ideas as to what is happening?

Does it happen when fighting alone or specifically near this other player?

It can happen anytime, anywhere. It is the same desync/targeting error that has been occuring for a lot of other players.

No idea what caused it to occur in our game as we've progressed about 16 days into the world and it's just now that we're experiencing this type of desync and also it is only experienced by the host of the server and not the other player joining in.
