Days ago, my game was stuttering a lot. I wasn't able to figure out what was causing it, but my now my game runs smoothly.
HOWEVER, when I got to my farm, all of my animals are gone. My cows, chickens, pigs, everything.
I don't know what happened or what caused it

This has happened to me on two occasions, where animals and even constructions disappeared (parts of fences, the chicken coop…), but when I made the post it wasn’t taken into account because I had one Spanish‑translation mod installed.
Do you have any mods?

Likewise, sometimes it gets fixed by reopening the game, but not always. There are two different types that I know of where animals disappear: one is permanent, and the other is more of a visual issue (in that case, reopening the game usually fixes it)

Well, I reopened the game and my animals are still gone. I think it's permanent, so I'm gonna use debug to spawn animals back in.
