Where can I find the server host data and give it to someone else? We have mods and is there going to be any issue with doing this?

Specifically in the "db" "Server" and "Saves/Multiplayer/servername" folders
You can try sending those folders to someone else and place them in the same location on their system

Abort the initialization, then start the server again and wait at least 5-10 minutes.
If the server still does not start after waiting, cancel it again and repeat these steps until it does.
