#when I launch after the new hotfix my main menu is just blank and never loads any menu buttons

just like the title says, every time i try and launch PZ in unstable after the hotfix update i just get a blank main menu wihtout any clickable buttons

ive verified cache, uninstalled and reinstalled, and checked my mods

Since I suggest removing them all as a test.
Go to “%UserProfile%\Zomboid” and delete the "mods" folder.
