UHH my Pz looks like this when I open it the alt way and when I try the default way it doesnt open.

Can you try doing a full reinstall?
First, uninstall the game, then go to "Steam\steamapps\common\ProjectZomboid" and make sure there are no leftover files or folders there.
After that, go to “%UserProfile%\Zomboid” and delete everything there except the “Saves” folder.
Then just install the game again and see if that helps.

So basically I uninstall zomboid, go into the zomboid folder and delete it all except for the saves folder?

No, you need to also go to the ProjectZomboid folder and delete leftovers

Leftovers as in any files that are left after the uninstall

#

Steam may not delete everything, so checking manually in that folder and deleting any files that are left is an important part of uninstalling
