As you can see on a gif, I cannot enter a car, character trying to run I guess to the place from which he could enter a car but it is.. inside a car? Not sure what's going on here, wanted to ask if this is known issue?

This used to be a bug with exiting vehicles, but it should be fixed in the latest version. Do you have any mods perhaps?

Try breaking any window and getting into that seat
Try creating another character and getting into the car
In the car's options menu, when you're near a door, try opening the door with the "unlock door" option.
Try removing the motor and going inside :v

So yes I have mods and it fixed itself after I relogged myself. I gave it some time, tried to do some things around and then after relogging it worked normally
