Whenever I make a hosted world that my friends and i can play on, for some reason I keep getting tons of errors when trying to transfer items to and from my inventory, and it doesn't let me transfer them. I've deleted my lua folder, removed all mods client and server, and I reinstalled zomboid but the issue is still happening. If you need me to I can provide a video showing what is happening.

The game install / lopgs look corrupted, are you sure you did a full reinstall?
To do a full reinstlall, first, uninstall the game, then go to "Steam\steamapps\common\ProjectZomboid" and make sure there are no leftover files or folders there.
After that, go to “%UserProfile%\Zomboid” and delete everything there except the “Saves” folder.
Then just install the game again and see if that helps.
It is very important to delete the leftover files, otherwise they will still cause issues even if you just uninstall and install it again
