Debug mode texture deletion and stat locking

For the last couple b42 patches for me and a couple other people online when using debug, even without mods will kill all the models for cars,zeds,and items on the floor and make them black outlines, as well it will permanently lock your fitness you 5 and there is no way to fix it that I've found
